Armed with a passion for meeting customers’ individual insurance needs, John B. Simpson opened Kingsgate Health Insurance in 1965. It didn’t take long before his desire to serve his customers’ best interests, coupled with high-quality products and hard work, paid off. The company steadily added new customers, employees and agents.

Today KHI includes more than 500 agents serving individuals and families, Medicare eligible individuals and small business customers throughout Iowa, and beyond.
