Caregivers Form the Backbone of Limited and Extended Care

Caregivers, whether they are health care professionals, family members, or friends and volunteers, are the backbone of the limited and extended care system in the United States. They serve the most vulnerable members of society. Assuring adequate care for an aging population carries substantial personal financial and large-scale economic implications and is one focus of NAIFA’s Limited and Extended Care Planning Center.
